We offer free shipping for all orders in India.

For international orders, a shipping charge of USD 30 (approx.) Will be applicable.

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 7 to 10 business days to deliver an order.

Made-to-order products take 20 to 35 days for delivery, depending on the garment’s style and your location. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step. Please contact our customer care for further assistance.

Duties and taxes

All of AMAGYAA orders are shipped locally & internationally from our warehouse in Noida, to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. AMAGYAA takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. We will be happy to assist with the exchange of the product.  

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Amagyaa.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please return the product within 10 days from the date on which your order was delivered and courier it to the following address:

All returns/exchanges are subject to quality check at our end. Please note we do not accept return/exchange for international orders. Also, we do not accept return/exchange for made-to-order items and accessories, unless it is a quality defect.

A refund is offered on merchandise sold on https://amagyaa.com. Merchandise bought on sale/discount offer is not eligible for a refund. However, it can be exchanged for different size/style or an online credit coupon.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability. the product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account.
